Our newest imperial stout was brewed in the image of a traditional French dessert – Mousse. We decided to add a combination of coconut and raspberries creating a profound marriage with chocolate and roasty tones of dark malts. Alcohol is well hidden in our Mousse making it surprisingly easy to drink. Practice caution.

We continue our Pastry Imperial Stout line. Mousse is a traditional dessert from France recognizable by a soft light and creamy foam made with whisked egg whites. The most common version of mousse is the chocolate one offering an obvious choice of beer style to recreate this dessert – Imperial Stout. We brewed a high gravity stout with a high oatmeal content to invoke a full creamy and soft body that smoothens out he roasted malts. Coconut and Raspberries are than added in large amounts and then, the dessert is ready to be served.

Served and drink chilled.
