Fresh is one of our older recipes, in which we gave the highlight to a couple of aromatic American hops Amarillo and Mosaic evenly used 50/50. The character we achieved with these bad boys is a pompous full fruity bomb of peaches, ripe citrus, yellow melon and tropical fruits. Beautifull thick body will carry these flavour nicely to all your taste buds.

Amarillo in the past has been one of the rarest, the most expensive and the most sought after hop in the modern brewing world. Today it has been surpassed in its fame by many new modern varietals of the past few years, and you can find it less and less across beer recipes in Europe. Its virtues still remain thou – it is a hop of one of the highest Myrcene oil content, an oil that provides the famous orange, grapefruit aroma. It’s worth mentioning that Amarillo is a product of nature as it wasn’t bred on purpose, instead discovered as a result of natural pollination.
In combination with Mosaic we created a nice interplay of flavours pronouncing a heavier, more syrupy and more aromatic side of modern hops full of ripe peaches, citrus, yellow melon and more juicy tones.
