Hellstork brewery needs no introduction for seasoned beergeeks, it is a true original gangster of Slovakian craft beer movement, enriching its beer culture since 2012 with their interpretations of modern beer styles and also wholly original concepts. Leading the brewery is a duo of Peter and Daniel, who transformed their homebrewing passion originally into a gipsy brewery, 8 years lately landing in their own building in their hometown of Myjava, north of Bratislava. Today, Hellstork brews not only famous modern styles like IPAs, stouts and sours, but also a series of wild fermentation ales, in which they often use local fruits and ingredients. Many unique beers are created employing local fruits and herbs, or aged in barrels after traditional Slovakian liquers. 750 ml, alc. 6,6 % vol.
Water, barley malts, wheat malts, hop products, plums.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 ˚C.
