Yakima Chief Hops is one of the most important entity in the field of growing and cultivating modern strains of American hops and is one of the major reasons why American hops are nowdays considered as the world best. Yakima collects small hop growers and helps them connect with craft breweries, therefore their hops are not a product of huge hop business, but rather local family farms. Grouping small producers isn’t their only goal, they are also a huge force when it comes to cultivating new hops and amongst their progenies you can find famous names like Mosaic, Simcoe, Amarillo, Ekuanot or Sabro. Yakima chooses their partners with care and it brings usextreme joy that we are able to collaborate with them this closely.   For our collaboration on I’m Waiting Here we received a fresh batch of Idaho 7, a very interesting multi-purpose hop, that will capture your taste buds with it’s rich fruity, citrusy, tropical character grouped with an extremely strong resiny aroma reminiscing the smell of a crushed hop flower. Idaho 7 is a trully unique hop, tha wasn’ purposefully gropwn, but just found, its origin is unknown. 500 ml, alc. 7 % vol.
