JBM brewery has been founded in 2015 and together with their pub JBM Draft House has since became a staple of local moravian craft beer scene. Only Beni and Marek remained from the original trio creating original concept with unusual ingredients and brewing techniques, making them quite a unique project within Czech Republic.

Due to its miniscule size, JBM never really became a common knowledge amongst classic Czech consumers, but has earned a very loyal following mainly thanks to their vast project introducing different traditional Norwegian kveik yeast cultures to the local market. Their contemporary production still roots in this origin and their modern iterations of Sour Ale combine kveik yeast, lactic fermentation and rich additions of fruit and other ingredients.
