Gose is a historical German style known for its unusual taste combining light sourness and saltiness with pleasant barley and wheat malt flavor. To push this unorthodox style further, we added mix of gin botanicals from our friends from Landcraft distillery.

History of gose is a story of struggle against fate, the style was dissapeared and returned, again and again, often held from the alive only by one brewery, many years completely extinct. Just after World War 2 gose went extinct and came back 3 time, to be finally discovered and elevated by american craft beer renaissance. Today, gose is a world-wide staple bringing hope to every struggling beer tradition and every extinct beer style wainting to be reborn. Our base gose is a tribute to its true style – light, thirst-quenching, with light sourness and saltiness making it a perfect summer refreshment. Lactic fermentation adds not only the sourness, but also a light yogurt-like character, increasing complexity. A perfect finish in this gose is provided by a mix of botanicals lead by Juniper. Famous Landcraft Spirits provided the mix, expect character typical of their gins. 500 ml, vol. 5,1 % alc.
