Playfully intense hoppiness, low bitterness and thick body makes for a beautifully full-flavoured experience, giving you one more thing to look forward every Christmas.

Like the year before we brewed Nadílka as a 20 degree Plato New England IPA in which you can experience well-known American aroma hops Mosaic and Amarillo. The resulting flavour is full of stonefruits like peaches and apricots, but also yellow melon and more exotic fruits. We don’t use Amarillo hops so often, even thou it’s one of the ten most widely used Amrican hops. It eraned it’s reputation through its extremely potent hop oil content, it still stays as the highest Myrcene content hop in the world. Thanks to this it had been one of the most sought after and the most expensive hop in the world for a very long time. New hop verieties dethroned him price-wise, but it’s unique aroma profile still makes it a perfect choice for juicy IPAs.
Mosaic, Amarillo
Water barley and wheat malts, oat flakes, hop products.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 ˚C.
