Grapes of Moravia is a so-called “Wild Ale”, i.e. it is a beer fermented at first in a controlled manner, with an intentional introduction of selected wild yeast cultures. A large amount of Czech grapes of the Cabernet Moravia variety will then take care of secondary fermentation with wild wine yeast from the grape skins. A very intense taste mixing the character of wild beers and natural wine.
