Today, breweries no longer care about a high IBU and so even our ne West Coast IPA is more about balance. Its well-balanced bitterness is quick to dissolve and leaves no harsh feeling on your tongue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Thanks to the original hops of American craft beer revolution &#8211; Columbus and Simcoe, West Coast IPA is intense in resin and citrus character and also elegant bitterness.
