Their breads are a matter of legends and we are delighted to have a chance to use their unselled pieces in our new IPA. Bread we used is called &#8220;66&#8221; for it\u00a7s made with 66% rye.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Use of rye in brewing is here for ages, it gives beer a specific character more sharp and peppery than traditional barley malts making it a perfect match for hop bitterness. For that reason, we brewed Tekut\u00fd chleba using hops and brewing methods typical for west coast of United States.
