In the third iteration of our collaboration with the Zkruhu foundation, we let one of the more classical hops of the American craft revolution shine- Simcoe. Simcoe is the perfect all-purpose hop that lends itself to both bitterness and aroma, creating a very authentic hop character full of resin, citrus and fruity flavors. This nod to the hop profile more typical of a more bitter IPA creates a high drinkability that makes this NEIPA a beer you’ll enjoy drinking again.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Zkruhu foundation brings together artists and designers and, by auctioning their works, raises funds for charitable purposes, most often for children and young people with rare diseases, which our social system does not care much about. This year, we are once again producing a pleasantly hopped New England IPA with Citra, Simcoe and Simcoe Cryo hops, which will make life more pleasant for not only you, because the proceeds will go to the Zkruhu Foundation.
