Many worlds is kind of a rarity in the Czech beer world. It is a brewery that brewed their first batch in 2018, your first chances to taste it were a few degustations in 2021, and only in 2022 they finally released their beers openly.<\/span><\/p>\n

A dynamic duo of Marek Mahut and J\u00e1n Hrnko decided to brew beer slowly in many wooden barrels with help from wild and spontaneous fermentation. To complicate their journey a bit further they chose to do all this in organic quality, brewing with organic malts, organic hops, organic fruits and using only barrels after wine. For a wild production their beers tend to be pretty smooth and elegant, which became a mission for Many Worlds – any brewer can brew a beer that is high in sourness, but to control a wild fermentation in wooden barrels and bottles for three years and create an close to clean taste profile, that’s a different craft.<\/span><\/p>\n

Closed in this bottle lays the essence of 2019 harvest of organic Moravian apricots. This unusualy warm summer created conditions where apricots ripened extremely fast, devoloping the full a juicy character of ripe apricots while retaining the sourness of sharp ones. An elegant intense organic beer, that fermented with wild yeast in wine barrels and the conditioned in bottles for a long time.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
