Leading the brewery is a duo of Peter and Daniel, who transformed their homebrewing passion originally into a gipsy brewery, 8 years lately landing in their own building in their hometown of Myjava, north of Bratislava.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Today,\u00a0Hellstork\u00a0brews\u00a0not only famous modern styles like IPAs, stouts and sours, but also a series of wild fermentation ales, in which they often use local fruits and ingredients.
