Our belief is that New England IPA is the best vessel for such an endeavor, because it allows extreme hopping without high bitterness and other flavours, that would\u00a0 prevent you from properly exploring what character the used hop brings to the palate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The world of New Zealand hops is a world of elegant tastes, New Zealand is an ideal place for growing modern aromatic hops thanks to its climate, that oscilates between hot tropical summers and deep cold winters.
