With our Milkshake IPA Milk Power series, we yielded to world trends and stopped resisting the use of milk sugar. Nevertheless, we wanted to keep the feeling that we are making beer. Our milk IPAs are thus significantly poorer in lactose compared to other representatives of the style. Oatmeal is a great partner for lactose – it significantly contribute to the resulting thickness and sweetness. The addition of a generous amount of roasted coconut through our unique extractor will then deeply emphasize all that milkshake character and the result is a really hearty beer.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The world of New Zealand hops is a world of elegant tastes, New Zealand is an ideal place for growing modern aromatic hops thanks to its climate, that oscilates between hot tropical summers and deep cold winters. We selected the specific modern aromatic varieties Sabro and HBC 472, which share strong coconut aroma, and combined them with a generous amount of toasted coconut, a little bit of lactose and a pinch of vanilla.
