Clock continues to brew great beers of all sorts of beer styles, so why did they create a new brand? Fenetra focuses on a completely different kind of beers than both typical modern and traditional beer styles, and instead creates spontaneously and wildly fermented beers employing local microorganisms from around Pot\u0161tejn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">This results in beers with very interesting flavor profiles, from floral dry saisons to intensely fruity wild beers similar to Belgian lambics. A specialty of the Pot\u0161tejn project is the use of alternative cereals such as spelt, which lends their beers another unique flavor touch.
