According to various sources and legends, the history of the Bloody Mary cocktail begins somewhere between 1920s and 1930s, and from its inception it has always been considered an anti-hangover drink. Over the last hundred years, countless versions of the Bloody Mary have been created, which in addition to the basic ingredients – vodka, tomato juice, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce – contained all kinds of ingredients, including garlic, celery, horseradish, various herbs, olives, pickled vegetables, salt, pepper, lemons or lime. We’ve kept our version more conservative, so instead of vodka we have a nice light sour base beer, Italian Pomodoro tomato puree, Sriracha and honest Worcestershire sauce provide flavor and balance.
