Well, we don&#8217;t want to be left behind either, so we made this strong velvety stout with high-quality specialty coffee from Rebelbean roastery in Brno. Tremendous smoothness and velvety quality has been achieved especially by adding lactose, a milk sugar that classic brewer&#8217;s yeast cannot ferment. The beer thus remains smoother and the roast becomes less aggressive.
