Karol\u00edna and Ji\u0159\u00ed Chroustovsk\u00fd\/\u00e1 together created a project, that is, even with its small size, a substantial power in the field of inovation in our brewing world. They brought first Czech iterations of modern styles like Milksahek IPA or brut IPA and they never stop supplying us with new interesting brews, that reflect the lates brewing methods, knowledge, ingredients and hops.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Chroust brewing stopped &#8220;flying around&#8221; in 2021 and now make they beers only in Fenetra brewery, where they nested with their own six tanks. It is one of their oldest recipe for a beautiful well-balanced American Pale Ale hopped with Citra and Mosaic hops.
