The basis for YOLOIPA is a fragrant New England IPA in which we used aromatic Galaxy and Citra hops, which create a very pleasant citrus, pineapple and tropical fruit character. As for the peppers, we tried several types of peppers from our friends from Pal\u00edto, but the most fragrant and fruity were the so-called “Ghostpeppers”, i.e. Bhut Jolokia peppers, which are grown in India and were once considered the hottest peppers in the world. Today, their throne has been long taken away, but it is still far enough for our needs.
