Due to the higher strength and use of German malts, it feels very full and bready, and German hops often add a nice floral dimension to it. We thought that this pleasant bready body would be a good basis for a small experiment with interesting ingredients. And so we decided to combine this tradition with another German evergreen. Germkn\u00f6del is a large soft dumpling filled with plum jam, topped with vanilla sauce and sprinkled with poppy seeds and sugar, which is a Bavarian specialty same as a Bock is.
