In Kometa, you will find the now quite famous Galaxy hop from Australia, the breeding of which began in 1994, when the predecessor of the traditional Australian Pride of Ringwood hop was crossed with the German Perle. A very aromatic variety was created, which was launched in 2009 and became the biggest success of the Australian hop program. Its rich profile full of tropical fruits and citrus found application in the growing American market, and the Australians were thus able to fill the increasing demand for hops in the USA with their product.
