This process reduces the volume to less than half of the original, while increasing the alcohol content by 50% to 90%. Economically, this is extremely challenging, which is why you don&#8217;t see many of these beers on the market.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">We are doing this project in conjunction with Landcraft Distillery in the town of Tursko, with whom we have a long-standing relationship where we often send a lot of creations, ingredients and leftovers back and forth to help each other come up with interesting projects. This has resulted in another version named Distilled by Fire, where we have taken the same base beer and subjected it to standard distillation in Landcraft, who then aged it in a wooden barrel for 3 long years.
