In fact, apart from the legendary hospitality, we also encounter one thing that we would like to maintain to some extent &#8211; the genuine boyish joy of brewing beer. The Balkans is without a doubt a few years younger than our beer culture, and it shows in the enthusiasm with which beer is made here. So often you see breweries with for today&#8217;s standards &#8220;simple technology&#8221; producing beers that simply wow you with their unique character. In many ways, collaborations from lesser-known brewing regions are more inspiring than with breweries that have already earned their place in the sun.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXO218232715 BCX0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"TextRun SCXO267844075 BCX0\" lang=\"CS-CZ\" xml:lang=\"CS-CZ\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXO267844075 BCX0\">We brewed two modern IPA style beers with the Serbian brewing star 3bir, one in our brewery in Louny and one in Novi Sad, Serbia.
