For more body and sweetness, we used maltodextrin instead of lactose, making the beer suitable for vegans and those of us who can&#8217;t or won&#8217;t consume milk for many reasons. The choice of fruit fell on tropical guava, juicy strawberries and sour calamansi, which together create a real taste poetry.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXO67477018 BCX0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">We agreed with the German brewery Sudden Death on a collaboration batch with a non-standard fruit composition.
