Strong 1<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">1+ %\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">beers made from pale barley and wheat malts aged for a long 30 months in bourbon barrels, coiling a very intense woody, vanilla and bourbon flavor. We blended a total of 10 barrels into three blends, flavoring each with different ingredients. The result is<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">a trio of very different beers that all share a complexity of flavor, warmth, and surprising drinkability for their strength.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">For the labels of these beers, we collaborated with artists from the\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">our<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0\u00dast\u00ed region who work with local beauty in their work. So after 30 months of aging in wooden barrels, we added, oranges, orange peel, cocoa beans and sweetened with maple syrup. The result is very fun and surprisingly drinkable.
