The higher strength and the use of German malts make it very full and bready and the German hops often add a nice floral dimension. We thought this nice bready body would be a good base for a little experiment with interesting ingredients. So we decided to combine this tradition with another German evergreen. Germkn\u00f6del is a large dumpling filled with pl<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXO203428625 BCX0\" lang=\"CS-CZ\" xml:lang=\"CS-CZ\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXO203428625 BCX0\">um jam<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXO203428625 BCX0\" lang=\"CS-CZ\" xml:lang=\"CS-CZ\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXO203428625 BCX0\">, topped with vanilla sauce and sprinkled with poppy seeds and sugar, which is as<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXO203428625 BCX0\" lang=\"CS-CZ\" xml:lang=\"CS-CZ\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXO203428625 BCX0\">\u00a0much a<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXO203428625 BCX0\" lang=\"CS-CZ\" xml:lang=\"CS-CZ\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXO203428625 BCX0\">\u00a0Bavarian\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXO203428625 BCX0\" lang=\"CS-CZ\" xml:lang=\"CS-CZ\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXO203428625 BCX0\">speciality like a<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXO203428625 BCX0\" lang=\"CS-CZ\" xml:lang=\"CS-CZ\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXO203428625 BCX0\">\u00a0bock\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXO203428625 BCX0\" lang=\"CS-CZ\" xml:lang=\"CS-CZ\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXO203428625 BCX0\">is<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXO203428625 BCX0\" lang=\"CS-CZ\" xml:lang=\"CS-CZ\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXO203428625 BCX0\">.
