In collaboration with Meta Edabeak, a Basque brewery that specializes in wild fermentation and very authentic interpretations of farmhouse-style ales, we’ve created Fake Gose, which transcends the boundaries of the beer world with its unconventionality.<\/p>\n
This beer builds on a contrast of slightly sour and salty flavors that are enriched by notes of juniper, pureed roasted limes with exotic camphor leaves, and a touch of banana added by weizen yeast. Everything is balanced to make the beer fresh, unconventional and yet irresistibly drinkable.<\/p>\n
