That doesn&#8217;t go well with, say, passion fruit, but lavender? That&#8217;s not a problem. We have dozens of lavender farms in the Czech Republic. So we chose one from our region &#8211; the Lavender Farm under \u0158\u00edp\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">mountain<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0in<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u017didonice and went to see how they are doing. Well, an<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">d\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">picked a few dozen kilos of lavender, which now ended up in this s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">oothing\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">gose.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Gose is a pleasant beer style where a mild saltiness combines with a light sourness. This is a great activator for our palates, which then appreciate whatever is added far more.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Gose is a historic German style characterised by its light acidity and salinity. This makes it a very suitable base for adding a variety of ingredients.
