Beyond Erebus is a journey into the depths of aroma \u2014 a New England IPA brewed exclusively with Erebus hops, formerly known as HS16660 a new hop variety from the American breeding program at Hopsteiner.
\nThis hop bomb is extremely high in geraniol and free thiols, which are biotransformed during fermentation to release intensely aromatic compounds such as citronellol and linalool. The result? A juicy explosion of blueberries, candied citrus, tropical fruits and a subtle floral whiff of rose.
