In 2025, Petr Malec won Best of Show for his New England IPA, and part of the prize was the opportunity to brew it in our brewery.<\/p>\n<p>The recipe is based on a pair of New Zealand hops, Nectaron and Nelson Sauvin, which combine to create a bold aroma full of tropical fruit, white grapes and passionfruit. The beer has a smooth body, light haze and subtle bitterness, right in line with the modern interpretation of the New England IPA style.<\/p>\n<p>The result is a beer that combines homebrewing enthusiasm with professional execution.
