The malt bill is kept deliberately light \u2013 built from Pilsner malt and torrefied rice flakes \u2013 giving the beer a dry, crisp character that lets the hops shine. On the hop side, we combined Citra, Idaho 7 and Citra Cryo to create an aromatic profile bursting with citrus zest, stone fruits, tropical notes and a subtle dank edge.<\/p>\n
