For the third year in a row, we\u2019re hosting our international tasting festival Winter Affair, and just as long we’ve been brewing collaboration beers with some of the participating breweries. It\u2019s a uniqueopportunity to get to know each other better, share insights, and combine our brewing know-how. Beers brewed as part of the Winter Affair Gossip series are the result of these meetings \u2013 blending brewing cultures, unique recipes and a shared love for craft across borders and continents.<\/p>\n
One of this year\u2019s guests was the Tuscan brewery Cantina Errante, a standout on the Italian spontaneous fermentation scene. Together, we created a modern saison built on a blend of two distinctive yeast strains \u2013 Farmhouse Vibes and Saccharomyces “Bruxellensis” Trois. The first brings the dry, spicy character of a classic saison, while the second is known for producing complex fruity esters and subtle funky notes without the full-on wildness of Brett.<\/p>\n
The result is an elegant, dry, and highly drinkable beer with notes of white pepper, stone fruit, and light floral freshness. Saaz Shine hops support the clean fermentation profile with a touch of delicate herbal character.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
