On International Women\u2019s Day, we hosted a girls\u2019 day at our brewery, featuring a special workshop where participants, guided by our brewer Ema, explored beer creation starting with the most fun part \u2013 combining flavours.<\/p>\n
They worked exactly the same way we do when developing our beers. Tasting, adjusting and searching for the perfect balance between individual components. The result is a sour ale where raspberries, lime and lemon balm come together.<\/p>\n
Raspberries bring juicy fruitiness and a pleasant tartness, lime adds a fresh citrus kick, and lemon balm softens and rounds out the profile with a gentle herbal, calming touch.<\/p>\n
