In the recipe for Double Stolen Haze, we took advantage of the creamy properties of oatmeal, which we used in a really high amount – up to a quarter of the grist. The beer is thus really dense and delicate, which is a great basis for subsequent rich hopping with the American varieties Columbus, Mosaic, Amarillo and Citra. Expect a really intense citrus and stone fruit whirlwind of flavors. Brewing modern IPAs with Va\u0161ek Vom\u00e1\u010dko is simply an experience that is a joy to share.<\/span><\/p>\n

The \u010cern\u00fd potoka brewery has become a legend on the Czech craft scene thanks to its steaming, fragrant IPA, and that was at a time when many Czech brewers were just getting their hands on the first modern beer styles. The story of Va\u0161ek Vom\u00e1\u010dko and his brewery is a motivation for every brewer, because Va\u0161ek really rose from the homebrewing pot to the top of the Czech ratings and many of their beers have become domestic models for others. We have been producing the collab beer Stolen Haze with the \u010dern\u00fd potoka brewery for quite some time.
