Truth is that the resulting hybrid usually takes the best from both worlds. Therefore don&#8217;t take a lager hopped with the most modern american hops for a heresy against Czech brewing tradition, but rather for a interesting experiment that explores the boundaries of beer styles<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">For our collaborative brew with Prague-based brewery Falkon, we chose an exotic new hop varietal Sabro. Sabro was introduced in 2018 and is a result of cross-breeding modern american hops with a wild hop species from southern Andes.
