It is a cross-bred species of an original Australian hop flower and German Perle, a high bitterness varietal, the result is an extremely aromatic hop with one of the highest amount of aromatic essential oils. Its aromatic qualities and high biterness makes it a very versatile varietal, great for all kinds of hop additions, making it an extremely popular hop.
