Mosaic is the first ale we ever brewed. Its original name was Wedding Ale and it was brewed for a wedding of one of our brewery’s finest. Thanks to its fast-earned popularity it got a new name and a solid position in our core range. When drinking Mosaic Ale you are sure to understand why it’s an ideal beer for a wedding. Its subtle and likeable character is unlikely to earn any enemies and will easily please everyone from your childhood friends to your grandparents.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mosaic is an American hop varietal released in 2O12. It gained quite a following mainly thanks to its universal properties, making it a great hop for various beer styles and hopping methods. Character of the Mosaic hops is known for its floral, fruity and earthy notes and you are likely to quickly learn to easily distinguish it’s specific taste in many beers.<\/span><\/p>\n
