Its popularity comes mainly from its ability to increase the perceived bitterness, which used to be the main goal for the early days of craft beer. Today, bitterness so strong it lingers for days is no longer the aim, but it is always nice to look back to the times when it wasn&#8217;t all about huge aromatic bombs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<span data-contrast=\"auto\">In Rajda you&#8217;ll taste the American hop varietals Citra, Simcoe and Amarillo, which add a beautiful character of citrus, pine and resin.
