As time flew by, Witbier (or Bi\u00e9re Blanche in French) has undergone a complex evolution, today is known as a light highly carbonated wheat beer with an addition of cilantro and orange peel. The specific yeast strain used for Witbier differs from its German cousin by adding a less banana estery flavour and more of a phenolic spicy impression.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Our White is a very faithful version of the style, with more pronounced flavours of every ingredient used than what you are used to from well-known examples. Wheat malt creates a smooth and creamy mouthfeel.
