We are always happy to return to this NEIPA. A single hop aromatic IPA using the unusual Idaho 7 hop. The incredibly aromatic, fruity and resinous character of this hop creates a fresh intense experience. You’ll also find a nice elegant bitterness – something neglected in this beer style.

Idaho 7 is a truly unique hop conceived by spontaneous pollination. Meaning it is not a hop made through breeding, but simply found, created by nature. In its character, we feel a diverse combination of aromas, led by tangerine citrus and complemented by a delicate herbal tea character. Idaho 7 is a dual hop that carries both high aroma and bitterness. You’ll appreciate both in this New England IPA. We brewed I’m Waiting Here following the pattern of the original American beers of the New England IPA style, which still retained a distinct, elegant bitterness unlike today’s modern examples. This, in combination with intense fruitiness, creates a truly drinkable beer.
Idaho 7 Cryo, Idaho 7
Water, barley malts, oat flakes, wheat malts, hop products.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 ˚C.
