Nectar of Happiness has been one of your favorite beers for quite a few years now, and it has been a nice challenge and commitment for us to provide you with this beer in the most stable form possible. But now we want to honor it in another way and add to it a little. That’s why we have prepared a series of fruity New England IPAs, in which we will try out how Nectar makes friends with different fruits. The fruit is naturally complimentary to the character of Citra hops, but can often be a counterintuitive partner for bitterness due to its various acidity. We really enjoy these combinations, so let us know what you think.

Peaches are a great partner for this type of beer, as the hops often have the character of various stone fruits. The fresh taste of the peach pulp perfectly underlines the natural expression of the hops, and its light acidity creates a higher complexity of the experience.
