This blend of two barrels of barley wine and two barrels of wheat wine was blended into one tank after 30 months in wood and flavored with coconut and amaretto to bring it close to the flavour of the Italian dessert Tiramisu. The photography for the label was provided by Jakub Soukup, a photographer from our town of Jirkov.

Introducing a series of blends of our barley and wheat wines for 2024. Strong 11+% beers made from pale barley and wheat malts aged for a long 30 months in bourbon barrels, coiling a very intense woody, vanilla and bourbon flavour. We blended a total of 10 barrels into three blends, flavoring each with different ingredients. The result is a trio of very different beers that all share a complexity of flavor, warmth, and surprising drinkability for their strength. For the labels of these beers, we collaborated with artists from the our Ústí region who work with local beauty in their work. When you buy all three beers from this project, you can delight not only your taste buds but also your aesthetic spirit with art from painter Lenka Kladivova, photographer Jakub Soukup and multidisciplinary artist Hannah Saleh.
