This time around, we’re betting on a bold Imperial Sour Ale, where juicy cherries, raspberries, coconut and vanilla meet. The high extract adds a fullness and roundness that balances the pronounced acidity and allows a complex flavor profile to develop. The beer is intense, fruity yet surprisingly smooth – with a creamy finish that is reminiscent of dessert in liquid form. 13 Years Of Innovation celebrates the courage to try new things and deliver experiences that linger in the memory long after the last sip.
