Our sour ales are built on a clean, light base that allows the fruit to fully shine. This time, we reached for redcurrant, which combines bright acidity with a subtle fruity sweetness. It gives the beer a juicy, slightly astringent character and a pleasant fruitiness that isn’t overly sweet. Thanks to that, the beer stays nicely dry, refreshing and very drinkable. Light body, clean profile and an acidity that will keep you hooked from the first sip to the last.
