In almost 200 years of its history, Czech Pale Lager retained quite a narrow definition. Ingredients used in its production are fixed – Pilsner malt, hops from Žatec region, bottom-fermenting yeast and water. Czech brewers’ dream of a perfect lager is pursued only in minor tweaks in balance of a well known character. It’s crucial to us you come back to Krahulík as often as possible, so we chose a path that we believe leads to the highest drinkability. A slightly more intense hopping and bitterness ensures an expierience, you`ll want to return to. High attenuation and full body without heavier bready tones invokes a dry sharp finish. All this makes Krahulík impossible to get tired of and a great addition to any dish. 750 ml, alk. 5,1 % vol.
Žatecký poloraný červeňák, Agnus
Water barley malts, hop products.
Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 ˚C.
