We aimed to brew a non-alcoholic beer that wouldn’t feel like a watered-down version of the real thing. Drink and Be Real is a lager with integrity – despite its low alcohol content, it maintains everything we love about Czech lager. It’s dry-hopped with two modern Czech hop varieties: Saaz Comfort, offering smooth bitterness and floral tones, and Saaz Shine, adding an elegant herbal touch and refreshing crispness. The low gravity and dry-hopping make it surprisingly full-bodied and incredibly drinkable. Together, these create a taste that will refresh and delight you, and convince you that a non-alcoholic beer can still have character.
