We’ve taken the historic German Gose style, known for its light acidity and a hint of salt, and given it a face of its own with a puree of fresh organic lemons that we brewed right here in our brewery. First, we washed the lemons thoroughly, cut them up and lightly roasted them to sterilise. Then, we blended them into a smooth, concentrated paste. This gives the beer a natural, juicy and distinctly lemony base. We added just enough rosemary to complement the fresh flavour without overpowering it. The result is a light, crisp, well-balanced beer. Not too sweet, never boring – just right.

Voda, barley malts, wheat malt, lemons, rosemary, salt, hop products.

Serve and drink chilled. Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store up to 8 ˚C.
