The visit of Drew Cunningham from the legendary White Labs brought creation of a recipe for our bottom-fermented India Pale Lager. An untypical marriage of complex malty character of Czech Lager and substantial hopping usual for modern IPAs will conquer lovers of both these worlds.

USA-based company White Labs is one of the greatest global forces pushing scientific andvancement in the field of cultivation of new yeast strains. They are very active members of the craft beer community and through their brewery take part in many collaborations with various breweries of the world. To use their yeast is a dream come true for any brewer or homebrewer and it brings us immense joy that one our beers carries their name. The clash of East and West, the new world and the old one, tradition and modernity, India Pale Lager is an intersection of our beloved worlds, classic Czech Pale Lager and modern hoppy beers. It stands as an ultimate gateway to the world of contemporary beers for our lager drinking friends. For our IPL we choose a higher gravity to well showcase the character of Pilsner malts and a generous hopping regime made of Galaxy, Amarillo and Citra hop varietals for an intense fruit punch. Careful oatmeal addition softens up the overall experience and increases drinkability. 750 ml, alcohol 6 % vol.
