Gose is a historic German beer style known for its mildly salty and sour character. We used this as a base for something truly unique – a collaboration with Finnish brewery Tuju, who joined us in person for the brew day. Together, we built a recipe using ingredients deeply rooted in both Finnish and Czech nature and tradition – wild lingonberries from the north, rose hips found in forests of both countries, and juniper, a herb with long-standing culinary and herbal use across Central and Northern Europe. These three create a flavour profile that evokes a walk through autumn woods – bright, tart, fruity and gently herbal. Bridge Please is more than just a beer. It’s a bridge – between past and present, between two countries, and between traditional ingredients and bold brewing creativity.
